Hector and his crew were so thoughtful and accommodating. They did a gorgeous job of installing the lawn and were meticulous in their approach to everything from laying the turf to final clean-up. We had a good experience with OneLawn. There were a few things that we really appreciated about them: First, when Damien (Sales/ Operations Manager) came out to visit our backyard in advance of installation, he not only brought the turf sample that we were interested in but he also brought a few other options for us to consider. Our turf choice was the most expensive, but despite this, he mentioned that his favorite was a less expensive option. We ended up going with our original choice, but we appreciated how he was not looking to sell us the most expensive option. Second, the installation team, lead by Hector did a great job. We had scheduled three days for installing the turf. They completed the job on time, working from 8 am to 7 pm on one night because they were concerned rain may delay their progress. If there were any concerns during installation, Hector made sure to inform me of the issue and provide his opinion on solution. He also consulted me before the turf was laid down to ensure I was in agreement on turf direction. Third, the team was family friendly. I have two young children and they were always aware of them if they were outside. At the completion of the job, as my children were crazily running around, they played ball with them. Fourth, after the job was complete – which looked great! – they walked through maintenance and specific parts of the one year warranty. Lastly, when final payment was due, Laura (Front Desk/ Operations Manager) was flexible in holding off payment until our current credit card payment had gone through. Overall, we had a great experience and outcome and would recommend them.
